These Terms govern your access to winwinmarketing.ca and the free tools we provide. By using the site or tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

WinWin Marketing operates this website. Our office is located at 50 Thornmount Dr, Unit 24, Scarborough, ON M1V 3W3, Canada.

Permitted use

You may use the site and tools for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape at unreasonable volume, or attempt to disrupt site operations.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or contains malware.
• Use the tools to violate third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Tools are provided as-is

Our free tools are offered without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them in production work.

Intellectual property

The site design, brand marks, copy, and original code are owned by WinWin Marketing. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute them without written permission. Outputs you generate using our tools belong to you.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, WinWin Marketing, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD 100).

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify WinWin Marketing against claims arising from your misuse of the site or tools or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or any tool at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or to protect the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
